Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before registering for or attending Adventure Day Camp at Victory Acres Ranch, operated by Victory Acres Inc.(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing registration or completing registration through Zeffy, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your camper(s).

1. Eligibility

Camp is open to children ages 8–13. A camper must be at least 8 years old and no older than 13 as of the first day of their registered session. We reserve the right to deny or revoke registration for any camper who does not meet eligibility requirements.

2. Registration & Payment

Registration and payment are completed securely through Zeffy at the time of registration. Any remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the first day of the registered session. Registrations with an unpaid balance at that time may be released.

Payments may be transferred to another session within the same season with at least 14 days’ written notice. Full tuition refund rules will be confirmed before the season opens.

3. Health & Medical Authorization

You are required to submit a complete health history form for your camper prior to their first day. By registering, you authorize our staff to provide or obtain emergency medical care for your camper if you cannot be reached in a timely manner in an emergency.

You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, medications, and allergies on the health form. We are not liable for medical complications arising from undisclosed health information.

4. Code of Conduct

Campers are expected to treat staff, peers, animals, and property with respect. Behavior that endangers others, constitutes bullying, or repeatedly disrupts camp activities may result in dismissal without refund. Parents will be notified before any dismissal decision is made.

5. Activity Participation & Risk

Camp activities include outdoor and physical activities such as horsemanship, archery, air-rifle marksmanship, and water play. These activities carry inherent risks of injury. By registering, you acknowledge these risks and authorize your camper to participate.

All activities are conducted under trained staff supervision following established safety protocols. No activity is mandatory — your camper may opt out of any individual station.

6. Photo & Media Release

We may photograph or record campers during camp activities for use in our promotional materials, website, and social media. By registering, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such images or recordings. If you wish to opt out, notify us in writing before the session begins.

7. Faith-Based Environment

Adventure Day Camp is a Christ-centered program. Daily activities include devotional content and Christian character development. Registration constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of this program element.

8. Drop-off & Pick-up

Drop-off is 8:00–8:20 AM and camp begins at 8:00 AM. Standard pick-up is 4:00–4:20 PM. Campers not enrolled in the late pick-up add-on must be collected by 4:20 PM. Late pick-up (4:20–6:00 PM, Monday–Thursday) is available as a paid add-on for $15/day or $45/week. Campers may only be released to persons listed on the authorized pick-up list provided at registration.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Victory Acres Inc.shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your or your camper’s participation in camp. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the tuition paid for the applicable session.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued participation in camp following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
